Ordering & payment
How do I place an order?
Add filters to your cart, open the cart and fill in your email and shipping address, then press Place Order. You’ll go straight to your order page with the payment details, and we email them to you as well.
How do I pay?
By bank transfer in USD (ACH or wire from a US bank, or SWIFT from abroad), in EUR (SEPA) or GBP, or with PayPal (PayPal adds a 20% processing fee). Put your order number in the payment reference, then send us the receipt on WhatsApp or by email. We ship within 1–2 business days after the payment is confirmed. We never ask for card details on this site.
Where can I find my order number?
Your order number (for example FFK-1024) is shown on your order page right after checkout and in the email with your payment details. Enter it with your email in Order status to see your payment details and tracking.
Why are your prices so low?
We’re clearing our warehouse stock, so filters are priced well below typical retail while stock lasts. They are new, sealed compatible filters — the same products we have always sold.
Do you offer multi-pack discounts?
Yes. A 2-pack saves about 15% and a 3-pack about 30% compared with buying single filters.
Compatibility
How do I find my refrigerator filter code?
Your filter code is usually printed on the side of your current filter, or on a sticker inside the fridge near the filter housing — often at the top-right of the fresh-food compartment or in the base grille. You can also look it up in your refrigerator’s manual. Common codes include LT700P, LT1000P, EDR1RXD1, UKF8001 and FPPWFU01. Try our filter finder.
Are these original OEM filters?
No. We sell compatible replacement filters, not original manufacturer parts. Brand names and model numbers are used for compatibility reference only. We are not affiliated with or endorsed by LG, Whirlpool, Maytag, EveryDrop, Frigidaire, Kenmore, KitchenAid, Amana or any other manufacturer.
Do these filters affect my refrigerator’s warranty?
Using a compatible aftermarket filter does not automatically void your refrigerator’s warranty. Under US law (the Magnuson-Moss Warranty Act), a manufacturer generally cannot void your warranty simply because you used a third-party replacement part, unless they can show that part caused the problem. If you have questions, check your appliance manufacturer’s warranty terms.
How often should I replace my refrigerator water filter?
Most refrigerator water filters should be replaced about every 6 months, depending on your water usage and local water quality. Many refrigerators also show a filter-status indicator that signals when it is time to change.
Shipping & returns
Where do you ship and how long does it take?
We currently ship within the United States only. Orders are processed within 1–2 business days of payment, and delivery usually takes 3–7 business days. We email you the tracking number once your order ships, and it also appears on your order page. See our Shipping Policy.
How much is shipping?
Standard US shipping is $4.99 and free on orders over $35.
What if I ordered the wrong filter?
No problem. Message us with your order number and filter code and we’ll help you find the right one or arrange a return of any unused, unopened item. See our Returns & Refunds policy.
What is your return policy?
Unused, unopened filters can be returned within 30 days of delivery. If a filter doesn’t fit despite matching the code, contact us and we’ll help. See Returns & Refunds for full details.
