This Privacy Policy explains how FridgeFilterKits (“we”, “us”, “our”) collects, uses and protects your personal information when you visit fridgefilterkits.com or place an order.
Who we are (data controller)
FridgeFilterKits is a trading name of LMTS Development Ltd, a company registered in England and Wales (Company No. 17148125), registered office 128 City Road, London, EC1V 2NX, United Kingdom. LMTS Development Ltd is the data controller responsible for your personal information. For privacy matters, contact privacy@lmts.app.
Information we collect
- Order & contact information you provide: name, phone number, email address, shipping address and order details.
- Orders: when you place an order, the details you enter (name, email, phone, shipping address, the items and any notes) are sent to and stored on our order system, hosted on a server in the United States. We also record the page you arrived on and, if you came from one of our ads or campaigns, that fact (not your ad click ID).
- Emails: we email you your payment details, payment confirmation and tracking number from hello@fridgefilterkits.com (Zoho Mail).
- WhatsApp messages: if you send us a receipt or a question on WhatsApp, we receive your phone number and what you send. WhatsApp (operated by Meta Platforms) processes messages under its own terms and privacy policy.
- Payment information: we don’t take card payments on this website. When you pay by bank transfer (to our Wise business accounts) or PayPal, we receive the payer name, amount, reference and date needed to match the payment to your order, plus any receipt you send us.
- Cart storage: your cart and cookie preference are saved in your browser’s local storage so they persist between visits. You can clear them at any time in your browser.
- Advertising measurement: if you reach us through one of our Google ads, Google Ads cookies record that ad click. When you place an order, we send Google the order number, order value and currency so we can see which ads lead to orders. We don’t send your name, contact details or address. - Technical data such as IP address and browser type, processed by our hosting and content delivery provider to deliver and secure the site.

Who we share it with
We share personal information only as needed to run our store, including with our fulfillment partner (Fulfillrite, New Jersey, USA) and shipping carriers (to pack and deliver your order: your name, shipping address, phone and email), payment providers (Wise and PayPal, to receive your payment), our hosting and email providers, Google (advertising measurement, as described under Cookies), and professional advisers or authorities where required by law. We do not sell your personal information.
International transfers
We are based in the United Kingdom and our orders are fulfilled in the United States, so your information may be transferred to and processed in the US and other countries. Where we transfer data internationally, we use appropriate safeguards as required by applicable law.
Data retention
We keep order and transaction records for as long as necessary to provide our services and to meet legal, accounting and tax requirements (typically up to 6–7 years for financial records). We keep other information only as long as needed for the purposes described above.
Your rights
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, delete or restrict the use of your personal information, to object to processing, to data portability, and to withdraw consent. UK/EU residents may lodge a complaint with the Information Commissioner’s Office (ICO). California residents have rights under the CCPA/CPRA, including the right to know and delete personal information and not to be discriminated against for exercising those rights. Cookies
We use browser storage that is strictly necessary to keep your cart and remember your cookie choice. We also use the Google tag for Google Ads conversion measurement. It may set the cookies _gcl_au and _gcl_aw (the second only after a click on one of our ads), each kept for up to 90 days.
- UK, EEA and Switzerland: ad cookies are set only after you choose “Accept all” in the cookie notice.
- Everywhere else: ad cookies are on by default. Choose “Decline ad cookies” in the cookie notice, or open “Cookie settings” at the bottom of any page, to turn them off and remove them. We also honor the Global Privacy Control (GPC) signal as an opt-out.
We don’t use analytics cookies. Google processes this data as described in How Google uses information from sites that use its services.
Children
Our website is not directed to children under 16, and we do not knowingly collect their personal information.

We may update this policy from time to time. The “last updated” date above shows when it last changed.
