Where we ship
We currently ship to addresses within the United States only. We do not offer international shipping at this time.
Order processing
Orders are dispatched within 1–2 business days after your payment is confirmed (Monday–Friday, excluding US public holidays) from our fulfillment center in New Jersey, United States.

Tracking
We email your tracking number as soon as your order ships. You can also see it any time on your order page.
Shipping address
Please make sure your shipping address is correct and complete when you place your order. We’re not able to redirect packages once shipped, and we’re not responsible for delays or losses caused by an incorrect address.
Delays, lost or damaged packages
If your package is significantly delayed, lost, or arrives damaged, contact us on WhatsApp or at hello@fridgefilterkits.com and we’ll work with you to resolve it — see also our Returns & Refunds policy.
